FAQ-Policies etc.

Shipping & Delivery Policy:

** Please allow 5 business days for your item to ship and for tracking to be added for your transaction ** Your item(s) will be ordered promptly upon receipt of your payment processing.

**Orders placed via e-check have a processing time of 7 business days.

Delivery time is usually within 7-11 business days or sooner (this excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

If your item is on back order, you will be promptly notified and will have the option to either wait for your item or promptly be refunded.

Orders cannot be cancelled nor are we able to change the shipping address once an order has begun processing. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS AT TIME OF CHECKOUT.

 

Return/Refund Policy:

  • This Item is Brand New
  • RETURNS are Accepted (if an Item Arrives Damaged/Defective pictures will be required)
  • Buyer is Responsible for Return Shipping Cost (unless as previously stated item is damaged). Only the purchase price of item will be refunded.

If Buyer refuses delivery of an item only the purchase price will be refunded.

  • Returns are subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
  • 30 Day Return Policy on all items

SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED REGARDLESS OF RETURN REASON.
